In 2003, after a career as Marketing Director in multinational companies, Gian Paolo Guerrini founded Building The Future S.r.l. with a clear vision: help small and medium-sized enterprises digitalise their business processes.

The insight: simple management software for construction, plant engineering and facility management
From the very beginning, the company focused on developing vertical management solutions for the construction and plant engineering sectors. Early on, it became clear that digital tools could radically transform day-to-day operations.
The founder introduced innovations such as electronic delivery notes and digital site reports well ahead of their time—when modern smartphones were not yet widespread. The objective was straightforward: create simple management software that helps business owners work faster, more efficiently and with better structure, eliminating manual processes and operational inefficiencies.
